Simply call our office at (417) 865-5017. You can fill out the New Patient Form to bring to your initial appointment.

Emergency?

Dental problems don't always happen during normal business hours.

Should you require emergency dental service, please contact our office for emergency contact information after-hours.

Insurances Accepted

We accept most PPO insurance plans.

Payment Policies

We accept several major insurance plans and COBRA. Please bring your insurance card with you at your initial visit. We accept most major credits and offer payment plans including in-office financing and Care Credit.  Please call our office for more details.
